The single-donor standard
Every bundle, closure and frontal we sell comes from one donor per unit. That means the cuticle runs in one direction the whole way through, so it doesn't tangle, shed, or mat the way hair blended from multiple donors tends to. It costs more to source this way. We think it's the only way worth doing.
What gets rejected
Not everything that reaches us gets listed. We turn away hair with uneven cuticle alignment, inconsistent color from root to tip, wefts that pull loose under light tension, and any batch that doesn't match its stated texture once it's wet-tested. If it wouldn't pass on our own head, it doesn't go in the shop.

Sourcing and quality control
Sourcing single-donor virgin hair is slower and more expensive than buying from a blended-hair broker, but it's the only way to guarantee the cuticle alignment that keeps a unit smooth and tangle-free over months of wear.
Weft strength
Every weft is tested under tension before it's approved. A weft that pulls loose during testing is rejected outright — we'd rather turn away inventory than ship something that sheds at the track.
Cuticle direction
Because each unit comes from a single donor, the cuticle scales all run the same direction from root to tip. That's what keeps the hair from matting and tangling the way mixed-donor or non-remy hair does after a few washes.
Color consistency
Natural units are checked for even tone from root to tip before listing, and colored units are dyed and toned in controlled batches so what you see in photos is what arrives at your door.
